a licensed, board-certified, psychiatric nurse practitioner with full prescriptive authority in South Carolina.
My medical background is diverse, serving patients across the lifespan, in a variety of settings and specialties. I have training in functional nutrition and lifestyle medicine which allows me to integrate evidence-based psychiatry with holistic wellness.
The path that led me here was shaped by the very challenges that so many families and individuals face when the healthcare system feels fragmented and incomplete. My personal experiences with a flawed medical model taught me the value of a root-cause, whole-person approach to health.
HÓLOS PSYCHIATRY was created out of a love for people and a belief that we are more complex than a simple diagnosis and standard treatment protocol. I consider it an honor to walk with you, hear your unique story, and identify and eliminate the barriers to your wellness.
I believe mental health can’t be separated from physical health, lifestyle, or environment—and that healing begins when we look at the big picture and start putting the pieces of the puzzle together.
I’m passionate about research and enjoy literature and podcasts on psychiatry and functional medicine. I’m always looking for new ways to challenge my body and mind. In my free time, I enjoy cold-process soap making, Broadway plays, obstacle course races, writing, salsa dancing, and spending time with my two warrior daughters.

A holistic Approach
At HÓLOS PSYCHIATRY, care extends beyond symptom management. Mental health is understood within the context of mind–body connection, where factors such as stress, trauma, sleep disruption, poor nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, and microbiome imbalance can contribute to inflammation, impaired immunity, and psychiatric symptoms.
Treatment plans may include psychopharmacology, nutritional psychiatry, lifestyle medicine, therapeutic interventions, and laboratory testing to meet personalized wellness goals.
Diagnoses are viewed as signs of deeper imbalance rather than a final answer. By identifying and addressing these root causes, patients often achieve meaningful improvement in both mental and physical health.
