Ingredients:

Brown rice, black beans, shredded chicken, corn, tomato, avocado, Greek yogurt, salsa, cilantro, sea salt & pepper to taste.

Seasoning blend:

1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 3/4 tsp cumin powder, 3/4 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2- 1 tsp sea salt, 1/8 tsp black or cayenne pepper.

*Use about 2 tablesoons per 1 pound of protein. Remaining seasoning can be stored in airtight container for up to 6 months.

Ingredients:

Couscous, ground turkey, tomato, cucumber, Kalamata olives, Greek yogurt, parsley, Feta cheese crumbles, lemon wedge, sea salt & pepper to taste.

Seasoning blend:

1 Tbs dried oregano, 1/2 Tbs dried basil, 1/2 Tbs dried parsley, 1/2 Tbs garlic powder, 1/2 Tbs onion powder, 1/2 Tbs sea salt, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon, 1/8 tsp black or cayenne pepper.

*Use 1-2 tablespoons per 1 pound of protein. Remaining seasoning can be stored in airtight container for up to 6 months.

Mediterranean

Ingredients:

Quinoa, sauteed Bok Choy, baked or air fried salmon, steamed edamame. Drizzle with coconut aminos and Sriracha, and garnish with fresh cilantro, green onion, and sesame seeds.

Marinade:

1/2 cup coconut aminos, 2 Tbs rice vinegar, 1 Tbs sesame oil, 1 Tbs honey, 1 tsp ground ginger or 4 Tbs fresh grated ginger, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.

*Add marinade and protein to sealed glass storage container, shake to coat and marinate for 20 minutes to overnight, turning or shaking periodically to ensure protein marinates evenly.
