The amount of time scheduled for your appointment is approximate. You are paying for the services provided during the visit, not the exact number of minutes. Some visits may run slightly longer or shorter depending on your needs that day, but your provider will ensure that your care is thorough and focused.

Virtual/telehealth visits must take place in the states of South Carolina, Washington state, or Colorado where your provider is licensed to practice.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment. We are not able to send prescriptions and/or schedule future appointments if there is a past due balance on your account.

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a late cancellation/no show fee charged to your card on file.

A sliding scale is offered for financially eligible individuals & families.
